該技術主要過程是：BUGS’n磁珠先與樣品溶液
混合，待磁珠吸附細胞后，棄去樣品溶液，然后
加入裂解液裂解細胞，核酸再被磁珠吸附，細胞
碎片被洗去，最終純的核酸被洗脫回收。

該技術與傳統磁珠技術關鍵的不同點是：細胞裂解
之前已將含有多種雜質的溶液棄去，有效排除了溶
