一般有以下三種原因。
1、潛水泵過載，潛水泵過載為什么有時(shí)候還能開起來，因?yàn)橛械臐撍眠^載，并不是電氣過載，而是內(nèi)部機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)卡澀，比如常見的軸承上銹缺油，軸桿軸套變形，所以在啟動(dòng)的時(shí)候就會(huì)比較干涉，無法啟動(dòng)。
來回上電幾次以后，稍微潤滑才能夠啟動(dòng)，建議把潛水泵拆開軸承上油，如果上銹比較嚴(yán)重就把軸承換掉，修復(fù)軸套還有軸桿，如果長時(shí)間這樣使用，會(huì)導(dǎo)致潛水泵無法使用的。
還有一種是電氣過載，就是水泵在啟動(dòng)的過程中啟動(dòng)電流過大，有可能是內(nèi)部線圈出現(xiàn)了問題，建議到專業(yè)電機(jī)維修公司進(jìn)行維修。
2、潛水泵漏電，其實(shí)這也是有概率性的，就比如說家庭線路中，有時(shí)候發(fā)現(xiàn)家里的漏電保護(hù)器跳閘，推上去后又能使用，而且有的時(shí)候連續(xù)幾天都不會(huì)有跳閘的情況發(fā)生，但是不能排除有漏電的可能。
所以如果沒有過載短路，那么就要把整個(gè)電線換掉試一下，如果能夠解決問題那就是電線漏電的原因。
3、空氣開關(guān)選型不對(duì)，首先選擇額定電流值，一般的潛水泵大概在4000瓦左右，那么在選擇電流值的時(shí)候選擇25安就可以了，如果沒有選擇25安，而是選擇了16安20安，這個(gè)時(shí)候就會(huì)出現(xiàn)跳閘的情況。

After several times of power on, it can be started only after a little lubrication. It is recommended to disassemble the submersible pump and oil the bearing. If the rust is serious, replace the bearing and repair the shaft sleeve and shaft rod. If it is used for a long time, the submersible pump will not be able to be used.
There is also an electrical overload, that is, the starting current of the water pump is too large during the starting process. There may be a problem with the internal coil. It is recommended to go to a professional motor maintenance company for maintenance.
2. In fact, the leakage of submersible pump is also probabilistic. For example, in the home line, sometimes it is found that the leakage protector at home trips and can be used after being pushed up. Sometimes, there will be no tripping for several consecutive days, but the possibility of leakage cannot be ruled out.
Therefore, if there is no overload or short circuit, replace the whole wire and try. If the problem can be solved, that is the reason for the leakage of the wire.
3. If the type selection of air switch is wrong, first select the rated current value. Generally, the submersible pump is about 4000 watts. Then select 25 a when selecting the current value. If 25 A is not selected, but 16 A and 20 A are selected, tripping will occur at this time.
